Desktop Friday: The Thirty Eighth

Each and every Friday I post a desktop wallpaper which I have taken personally on travels and outings with my Canon 350D. The wallpaper is sized at a resoultion of 2560×1600 pixels, big enough to be used on a 30 inch Apple Cinema Display, so no-one will miss out.

  1. Lovin’ this wallpaper so much… It’s already on my desktop!

BTW, do you mind if I feature this wallpaper on my blog?

  2. Hi Glenn,

I would crop it right down to include the nice square geometry of the building and the skk, and get rid of the black bush bottom right - it really distracts me.

    Hope all well.

    PS iPod Touch ordered :-)

    Sure thing, go right ahead!

Thanks for the suggestions Jon, going into Aperture to make the changes now. BTW: I ordered the 16GB touch earlier this evening too :-)

  4. Glenn, this is probably my favorite of all your Friday wallpapers so far. Great shot. :)

  5. Framing! The cut off balconies and tree in the bottom right ruin it.

  6. Glenn, I find the shadow at the bottom left of the building distracting but apart from that it’s pretty sweet

I love the “looking upwards” instead of just straight on. It makes interesting shadows.
